Let’s say the weather just hit or your equipment had a malfunction and you need to reschedule some jobs. That’s easy. To reschedule a job:
You will be taken back to that job details screen and receive a confirmation message. To notify your client, simply tap the “Message” button in the top-right of the screen and let them know of the new service date and reason.
From there, you can back out to the Jobs tab and see your updated job on the date you just rescheduled it to.
Pro Tip: for quick access to rescheduling, long-press the job you want to reschedule in the Jobs Tab and you will access a quick menu where you can easily reschedule jobs without having to open the job details screen.
